CANCELLATION POLICIES:

1. Cancellations received up to 48 hours prior to date of arrival will not attract any cancellation charges. Cancellations made within 48 hours of date of arrival or a no-show would attract a one-night retention charge.
2. Full 100% retention charge would be applicable for any cancellations made less than 15 days prior to date of arrival or a no-show on any exhibition or city convention dates or groups.
